Projects Portfolio
Hi! My name is Leo Gómez Barón, and I'd like to welcome you to my website — a space where I showcase and document some of the projects I've worked on over the past few years.
For those who don't know me (or just happened to stumble across this page, though the domain isn't public yet 😅), let me tell you a bit about myself and how I got here.
I've always been passionate about technology and science. After studying for a while in the U.S. and finishing my degree in Spain, I decided to enroll in Electronic and Automatic Engineering. This path allowed me to build a solid foundation in the three areas I found most fascinating: electronics, robotics, and programming.
Early on, I realized that university could only provide about 50% of the knowledge I needed; the rest I would have to learn on my own. With that in mind, I challenged myself to carry out one personal project every year of my degree — something that would push me to learn new things or refine my existing skills.
Back then, I was doing all of this purely for fun, so I never thought about properly documenting my projects. As a result, all I had were a few scattered photos. Later on, however, I realized the value of documentation, which is why my more recent projects — the ones you'll find here — are much better recorded.
Through this journey, I discovered that what I enjoy most is electronics. It's the foundation of robotics, and as they say, you can't build a house starting with the roof.
Today, my focus is on electronic design and everything related to it. My goal is to turn this passion into my profession and keep developing my skills until I master it.
